DMCA Policy
Vesper Design respects the intellectual property rights of others. We expect our users to do the same. This policy explains our procedures for complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).
Our website, Vesperdesign.it, provides content related to home restyling, interior design ideas, and curated vintage finds. We aim to share inspiring ideas while upholding copyright law. We will respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.
Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Takedown Notice)
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and posted on Vesperdesign.it in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Designated Copyright Agent with a written DMCA Takedown Notice. Your notice must include all the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. Provide specific details like the title or URL where your work appears.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity. You must provide information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate the material on Vesperdesign.it.
- Your contact information. This includes your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate. Also state, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Send your complete DMCA Takedown Notice to our Designated Copyright Agent at:

We review all notices carefully. Missing information may delay our ability to process your request.
Counter-Notification Process
If we remove content in response to a DMCA Takedown Notice, the user who posted the content may submit a counter-notification. This allows them to dispute the removal. Your counter-notification must be in writing and include the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled. Also identify the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Vesper Design may be found). Also state that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA Takedown Notice or their agent.
Please send your counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent:
Email: [email protected]
We will forward valid counter-notifications to the party who filed the original Takedown Notice. If that party does not initiate a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed content.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Vesper Design does not tolerate repeat infringements of copyright. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We will identify repeat infringers based on valid DMCA notices received against their content.
