vesper design is an editorial website that publishes a small, curated blog about interiors and design. The site runs on WordPress and is served through standard hosting with a caching/CDN layer to deliver pages quickly.
What comes to us and how
When you visit the site, our hosting environment and the CDN that serves cached copies of pages automatically receive basic technical information sent by your browser. This typically includes your IP address, the date and time of the request, the requested URL, and your user agent (browser and device details). These logs are used to operate the site, diagnose issues, and protect the service from abuse.
If you choose to leave a comment on a post, WordPress will collect the data you enter in the comment form (comment text, name, email address, and optionally a website URL). For spam and abuse prevention, the system also records the IP address and browser user agent associated with the comment.
If you write to us by email, we will receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any headers and attachments your mail client includes. That information is handled through our email provider so that we can reply and manage correspondence.

We may disclose information if required to comply with applicable law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the site, our users, or the public.
How long we keep it
Published comments and their metadata are kept for the life of the site unless we moderate or remove them, or you ask us to delete them where applicable.
Server and CDN logs are retained for a limited period needed for operations and security, after which they are deleted or aggregated.
Email correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle the matter you raised and to keep reasonable records of our communications.
Your choices and rights
You can choose not to leave a comment. If you have posted a comment, you may ask us to remove or edit it.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access a copy of your personal data, to correct it, to ask for deletion, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. We will honor these rights where they apply.

Children
